Whilst it may seem like an eternity since Newport was dubbed “the new Seattle”, or the mainstream media bandied about the cringeworthy “cool cymru” tag, the passion and desire of the South Wales music scene has never faded.
The hearts of grassroots venues on your doorsteps are still pounding to the beat of your new favourite bands.
